Training and qualifications +
Our investigators and staff complete Good Clinical Practice training and study-specific training before taking part in any study activity, and training records are kept current throughout each trial.
Standard operating procedures +
Written SOPs guide every part of study conduct, including informed consent, adverse event reporting, investigational product handling, and record retention.
Informed consent +
Participants receive a full explanation of each study and time to ask questions before agreeing to take part. Consent is available in English and Spanish when approved by the IRB.

Our quality assurance process reviews study documents and procedures so issues are found and corrected early.

What is a clinical trial? +
A clinical trial is a research study that tests whether a new medicine, device, or treatment is safe and how well it works. Every approved medicine was once studied in clinical trials.
Is it safe to take part? +
Every study is reviewed and approved by an independent ethics board (IRB) before it begins, and our team monitors your health closely throughout. Like any medical care, studies can have risks, and these are explained to you in full before you decide.
Can I stop at any time? +
Yes. Taking part is voluntary, and you can leave a study at any time for any reason. Your regular medical care will not be affected.
Will my information be kept private? +
Yes. Your personal and health information is protected under federal privacy laws (HIPAA) and our confidentiality procedures.
